IT Support Apprentice - Hands-On Training & Growth

Freuds is offering a structured IT apprenticeship to gain hands-on experience across the business IT landscape. You will provide 1st line support, learn to monitor and resolve incidents, and contribute to improvements in systems and processes.

Training spans in-house tools, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication. The role operates 9:30am-6pm, Monday to Friday, with 20% of time allocated for external training.
