Senior Manager, Outcomes Testing & Reporting (Hybrid)

OSB Group is seeking an experienced leader to run Outcomes Testing and Reporting within the Chief Controls Office. The role combines two capabilities: outcomes testing and reporting/insight, shaping a modern, evidence-based approach across UK operations.

You will lead a geographically dispersed team, drive automation and analytics, and deliver independent, board-ready insights that support executive decisions and improve customer outcomes across products and journeys.
