Homeless Link is the national membership charity for frontline homeless sector organisations in England. With more than 700 members, we work to improve services and campaign for policy change that will help end homelessness and ensure that everyone has a place to call home and the support they need to keep it.
As part of the National Workforce Programme, funded by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, Homeless Link are creating a number of new resources for the homelessness sector. These resources will use a variety of digital tools and databases, including a learning management system, training delivery software and many data sets. Our goal is to make working in homelessness an attractive career choice and help achieve a highly skilled, professionalised, valued and stable workforce.
To support us with this work, we are looking to appoint a manager for our digital systems and platforms. This person will own and manage a portfolio of business critical platforms, acting as the bridge between vendors, internal stakeholders and the technical staff. They will ensure existing systems run reliably and evolve with business needs and manage new system implementations.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of owning or administering SaaS platforms, working with the Salesforce platform and stakeholder management, along with excellent problem solving and communication skills. We are actively seeking to increase diversity within our organisation and would greatly welcome applications from people with lived experience of homelessness, from a black or minority ethnic background and/or with a disability.
