Onboarding & Activation Manager

Portfolio Credit Control is seeking an Activation & Engagement Onboarding Manager to design, implement and manage onboarding programs in Manchester. The role focuses on driving customer activation, engagement and retention through effective onboarding strategies.

You will lead multiple teams across Activation to Engagement, develop onboarding content, collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, and track KPIs to ensure 80% activation and 100% task completion.
