Senior IT Service Desk - Hybrid Work & Professional Growth

Aberystwyth University is seeking a proactive IT Service Desk professional to support students, staff and visitors with access to AU IT services. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, troubleshoot access issues, manage user accounts and printers, and keep documentation up to date.

Training will be provided and the role is based in the Hugh Owen Library. The role requires strong customer service skills, ability to work with diverse users, and Welsh language capability at level A1
