As a Business Analyst, you will explore and analyse business services and processes to develop and shape requirements into discrete 'value add' pieces of work. You'll be working with programme teams or agile product teams to support the user community in defining their needs and to design and develop suitable solutions and more effective 'to-be' operating models, services or process models.
You will work with a broad range of stakeholders including senior stakeholders, service owners, users and delivery teams to support the business case, project scope definition and full project delivery lifecycle.

About youYou have previously worked on projects delivering change, and understand the business analysis lifecycle. With your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you've facilitated workshops and conducted stakeholder interviews to extract relevant information and are able to prioritise and manage your time effectively. You can clearly define and articulate business process and operating model concepts to end users and colleagues across the business and have process excellent presentation skills. Additionally, you can work effectively in a collaborative team environment sharing knowledge and can take ownership of problems solving them with your analytic skills and logical thinking.
