The role

Live chat first support role - reactive, fast paced, varied. You will troubleshoot product queries, escalating technical issues to engineering, ensuring clients get the most out of our products.

What you'll be doing day to day
  • Become the go to expert on Street.co.uk and Bridge, owning and expanding product knowledge.
  • Respond to client queries via live chat, email, phone or video.
  • Decide when to resolve issues yourself or raise them to the engineering team.
  • Ensure clients understand and use new product updates.
  • Capture client feedback and feature requests, communicate them to relevant teams.
  • Work with clients ranging from small independents to large multi branch agencies.
A bit about you

Commercial experience in live chat or IT support, genuine interest in technology beyond the day job. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking to frustrated clients and explaining technical issues to developers. Able to manage multiple tasks, remain calm and positive under pressure. Self starter, proactive, adaptable, and genuinely cares about client experience. Compensation

Up to £27,000, dependent on experience.
