Exalto Consulting is recruiting an experienced Change Lead to support a large-scale technology transformation programme.

This is a strategic leadership role where you'll own the Change and Transition Strategy, guiding the organisation through a structured journey of change while ensuring business readiness, stakeholder engagement and minimal disruption to Day-1 operations.

We re looking for someone who excels at bringing people on the journey, not simply delivering change activities, but shaping the overall approach, roadmap and engagement strategy that drives successful adoption across the programme.

you'll be responsible for:

• Defining the overall Change and Transition Strategy
• Leading organisational readiness and change planning
• Developing integrated communications and training approaches
• Delivering change impact assessments and transition roadmaps
• Providing assurance to senior stakeholders on readiness and programme risk
• Leading stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams
• Supporting successful Day-1 transition and early-life stabilisation

We re looking for someone with:

• Extensive Change Lead or Change Manager experience on large technology transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive influencing skills
• Experience creating change strategies, roadmaps and organisational readiness plans
• Background leading integrated change, communications and training activities
• Ability to provide strategic direction across complex, multi-workstream programmes
