Wholesale Service Desk Analyst - Retailer Support

Affinity Water is seeking a Wholesale Service Desk Analyst to join the Wholesale Operational Service Desk (WOSD) on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. You will support Retailers in the Non Household market and help manage enquiries and bi-lateral requests.

You will take ownership of customer contact, work toward full resolution, and ensure responses adhere to defined service levels while aligning with regulatory rules and cost targets.
