Patient Safety Incident Administrator - Apprenticeship Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Patient Safety Incident Administrator to join our team. The post is ideal for an individual who is wanting to gain an NVQ Level 3 Business Qualification whilst working as part of a busy incident team, gaining experience in the workplace.

• Provide support for the organisation in the delivery of robust incident management and patient safety by facilitating the incident reporting and management process and supporting the delivery of the patient safety incident process.
• Support the incident and Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) elements of the Clinical Governance Team ensuring there is robust application of Trust governance processes, policies and procedures.

This is a permanent post, however we welcome applicants who would be interested in undertaking an 18 month apprenticeship programme to obtain an NVQ Level 3 Business Qualification; however, if you do not wish to undertake the apprenticeship programme we would still consider your application.
