Holt Engineering Ltd in Christchurch, Dorset is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to own AS9100 quality activity on site, keep audits stress-free and maintain a lean, effective QMS. You will support a second site around one day per week as it develops from ISO 9001 toward AS9100.
You'll lead internal, customer and external audits, manage NCRs, concessions, RCCA and 8D closure, and work closely with machinists and inspectors to prevent repeats and improve quality discipline.
