Your role in our team:
  • We are seeking an organised, motivated, and enthusiastic After Sales Administrator to join our dedicated team at the MANNS Saxham dealership. In this important role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our After Sales Department.
  • Main Duties include providing comprehensive administrative support to the After Sales team, including:
    • Raising job details and purchase orders
    • Processing timesheets and liaising with the payroll department
    • Updating internal systems with customer information and work in progress status
    • Invoicing for completed work
    • Processing and tracking warranty claims
    • Managing purchase orders and ensuring invoices are matched appropriately
    • Handling telephone enquiries, taking and distributing messages as required
    • Offering day to day assistance to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office
    • Co ordinate with other departments and external contacts as needed to support After Sales operations.
Your profile:
  • Skills & Qualifications
    • Solid administration experience, demonstrating reliability and efficiency in office environments
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues at all levels
    • Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision
    • Strong ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple requests simultaneously in a fast paced setting
    • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
    • Knowledge of the agricultural sector (advantageous)
