Cadent Gas is seeking an Associate IT Field Technical Analyst to deliver hands on 1st/2nd line IT support across a regional network. You will manage local IT infrastructure, hardware stock, audits and work with colleagues at all levels to improve service delivery.
The role requires strong technical knowledge (networks, Windows, M365, Intune/SCCM, AV) and excellent customer service. A full UK driving licence is essential for travel across sites.
