Senior Product Designer - Lead Multi-Channel UX

British Airways is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the & App team within the Commercial directorate. You will shape digital experiences across core channels, align with business objectives and ensure accessibility and brand standards.

You'll collaborate with Product Owners, developers and stakeholders, drive user research, create prototypes and contribute to design systems while mentoring others to raise design quality across teams.
