Domain Consultant L2 (Contract) - London, United Kingdom

Responsibilities
  • Manage SalesForce administration tasks such as user management, security settings, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Develop custom solutions using SalesForce Apex to enhance platform functionality.
  • Implement SalesForce Lightning components and features to create efficient and user friendly interfaces.
  • Collaborate with the team to gather requirements and provide technical expertise for SalesForce projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SalesForce implementation or integrations.
  • Stay updated with SalesForce best practices, new features, and releases to propose innovative solutions.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Business process analysis: analyze client business processes to identify improvement opportunities, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Market research & benchmarking: conduct in depth market analysis, validate benchmarking studies, and propose alternate process and functional methodologies.
  • Cost benefit analysis: evaluate proposed strategies to support planning decisions, including identification of third party products.
  • Optimization initiatives: identify domain specific process improvement opportunities and propose enhancements aligned with business objectives and best practices.
  • Technical documentation: prepare drafts of technical documentation for business processes and system configurations, gathering inputs from cross functional teams.
  • Revenue growth: participate and contribute in designing proposals that align with the proposed solutions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SalesForce development and configuration within enterprise environments.
  • Hands on experience in SalesForce development and configuration within enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in declarative automation and platform configuration.
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and metadata driven development.
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate them into implementable SalesForce solutions.
  • Experience presenting solutions in business demos and validating outcomes with stakeholders.
  • Experience with VS Code, GitHub for CI/CD, user stories, promotion pipelines, and deployments.
  • Strong understanding of SalesForce security, data model, and release lifecycle.
  • SalesForce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Administrator.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in SalesForce development tools such as Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Component Framework, and SalesForce APIs, integration patterns, and API based connectivity.
  • Strong knowledge of SalesForce Lightning framework for developing responsive and interactive user interfaces.
  • Experience in SalesForce administration tasks such as user management, security configuration, data management, and reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Good problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the SalesForce platform efficiently.
  • Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, or similar conversational AI platforms.
  • Experience in Agile delivery and working with cross functional teams.
