Sodexo Live! at Ascot Racecourse is seeking a dynamic Head of Hospitality to lead our premium hospitality, conferences and guest experiences across a world-renowned venue. You will manage up to 30 fine dining restaurants, 215 private boxes and oversee P&L exceeding £19 million.

You will drive service excellence, commercial success and a high-performance culture across race days, conferences and events, partnering with key stakeholders to deliver unforgettable experiences.
