Key Responsibilities
- Leading the design and launch of a new fund and ETF listing service, defining the operating model, service scope, and delivery standards
- Acting as the subject matter expert on fund and ETF listing requirements across UK and European exchanges, supporting both clients and internal teams
- Managing the end-to-end admission process for funds and ETFs, including preparing documentation and coordinating with legal counsel, exchanges, and regulators
- Establishing and maintaining service standards, including methodologies, SLAs, quality controls, and scalable operational playbooks
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product, data, operations, and technology teams to define and deliver tools that support the service
- Overseeing ongoing compliance obligations and acting as a senior escalation point for client and internal queries
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience within financial services, fintech, or regulated environments, with strong expertise in fund or ETF listing and registration
- Practical understanding of ETF and ETP structures and listing considerations, including regulatory, operational, and data dependencies
- Working knowledge of UK and EU regulatory frameworks such as UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID II/MiFIR, and relevant UK post Brexit requirements
- Experience working across teams to deliver complex initiatives and translating operational needs into scalable processes or technology solutions
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex concepts clearly
