Hybrid 2nd Line Engineer - M365 & Windows Support

Focus Group is seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer in Birmingham to join a dedicated customer support team. You will handle escalated incidents across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking and wireless tech, taking ownership from diagnosis to resolution.

The role involves working with customer IT teams and suppliers, with a shift pattern within 7am-7pm and a 2-3 day per week on-site expectation in Birmingham.
