Hybrid ICT Service Desk Specialist

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service is seeking an ICT Support Analyst to join the ICT Service Desk. You will provide customer-focused support to users across the organisation, resolving issues quickly and keeping critical systems running.

The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative, and the capacity to triage incidents and requests to meet SLAs. DBS clearance is required.
