The Role:Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service is looking for an ICT Support Analyst to join our ICT Service Desk Team. You'll provide an effective, customer-focused support service to users across the organisation, helping to resolve issues quickly and keep critical systems running.
You will need strong communication and customer service skills, as well as excellent attention to detail to be able to accurately update records and systems. An effective and willing team player who contributes to the team, department and service objectives. You will also be able to demonstrate that you can work on your own initiative, effectively triage issues, problem solve, deliver excellent customer service, prioritise incidents and requests.
