Hybrid ICT Support Analyst - Service Desk

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service is seeking an ICT Support Analyst to join our ICT Service Desk. You will provide frontline support for hardware, software and systems, resolve issues quickly and help keep critical services running.

This role requires good communication and customer service skills, the ability to log incidents, maintain records and work in a hybrid Hampshire and Isle of Wight context.
