Salesforce Lead (NPSP) - Hybrid | Holborn, London (WC1)

Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite in Holborn, London WC1

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead with a minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience working with Salesforce NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack) to lead the administration, optimisation, and day-to-day management of our Salesforce platform.

You'll take ownership of Salesforce administration from a lead perspective, driving best practice, managing system improvements, supporting users, and ensuring the platform meets the needs of the organisation.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience working with Salesforce NPSP
• Strong background in Salesforce Administration, ideally in a lead role
• Experience managing system configuration, user management, reporting, dashboards, and data quality
