Solutions Architect - Enterprise Systems South West / Hybrid
We're partnering with a forward thinking organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, looking to hire a Solutions Architect to join a growing tech team. This role will focus on designing, integrating, and optimising core business systems, driving automation, and introducing AI led improvements across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable solutions across enterprise systems.
- Build integrations and automation using Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure, Power Platform).
- Develop bespoke applications (C#, SQL, Python, JavaScript).
- Identify and implement AI driven improvements to business processes.
- Enhance system performance, data quality, and user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non technical teams.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, M365).
- Proven track record delivering integrations, automation, and custom solutions.
- Experience working with enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, practice management systems).
- Exposure to AI / LLM tools and practical use cases.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts.
- Experience in professional services environments is a bonus.
