Planning Analytics Developer

Greater Manchester Hybrid (3-4 days onsite)

Up to £80,000 + benefits Permanent

We are recruiting a TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics Developer to join a growing organisation in Greater Manchester. This is a permanent role offering a hybrid working arrangement, with 3-4 days per week on site, and a salary of up to £80,000 per annum depending on experience.

This position will play a key role in the design, development and optimisation of TM1/Planning Analytics models, supporting budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting across the business.

• Design, build and enhance TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics models to support budgeting, forecasting and multi year planning
• Develop and maintain cubes, dimensions, rules and TurboIntegrator processes
• Deliver driver based planning and scenario modelling capabilities
• Optimise existing models for performance, scalability and usability
• Develop feeder logic, security models and robust data structures
• Integrate TM1 with source systems (e.g. ERP/finance systems) and reporting layers
• Support users through model enhancements, data validation and troubleshooting
• Collaborate closely with finance and FP&A teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Proven experience as a TM1 / Planning Analytics Developer
• Strong hands on expertise with cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders and TI processes
• Experience building budgeting, forecasting and financial planning models
• Strong understanding of finance and FP&A processes
• Comfortable working in a hybrid, stakeholder facing role
• Prior experience in a permanent, in house TM1 environment preferred
