Product Owner - Dynamics 365 CRM (Hybrid)

Blue Cross For Pets is seeking a Product Owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to shape the platform's use within the organization. Your role will bridge business teams, Information Services colleagues, and external partners to ensure that Dynamics evolves to enhance our mission for pets and their owners.

This position requires strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and proven skills in stakeholder engagement, product backlog management, and driving user adoption. You will work in a hybrid setting, spending two days a week in Burford and occasionally in London.
