Architect (Part 3) - Lead Designer, Revit Expert & Mentor

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Architect for a permanent role in Liverpool, offering a salary between £35,000 and £50,000 per annum. You will be responsible for new builds, renovations, and commercial projects, spanning various RIBA stages. Duties include developing designs, preparing construction packages, and liaising with consultants and clients.

Your role will also involve mentoring junior colleagues, ensuring strong collaboration within the team. Ideally, you should have Part 3 accreditation and experience in a UK practice.
