What You'll Be Doing
- Build & Automate: Design, develop, and maintain powerful and intuitive dashboards in Power BI & Excel to track key business KPIs (sales, stock, views, engagement, customer LTV).
- Be the Data Guru: Act as the go to person for performance reporting, ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and easily accessible to stakeholders.
- Dig Deep: Use SQL and Python to query our data warehouse, joining complex datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and the "why" behind numbers.
- Drive Efficiency: Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes, freeing up time for deeper, more impactful analysis.
- Translate & Communicate: Work with stakeholders in Trading, Planning, Content, Marketing and Finance to understand their challenges and translate business questions into analytical projects.
- Assist Trade team with annual planning and forecasting.
- Work with finance to submit budgeting.
What You'll Bring
Essential:
- 5+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including building data models, writing complex DAX measures, and using Power Query for ETL.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Experience using Python (pandas, NumPy) for data analysis and automation.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for data accuracy and visualisation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical audiences.
Non Essential:
- Experience within an e commerce or retail environment.
- Familiarity with GA, ADE.

40,700.00 - 55,100.00 GBP
