We have an exciting opportunity for a motivatedEntry IT Specialist to join our growing team at our Felinfach Whey Processing Factory in West Wales. Are you a hands on IT professional looking to develop your talents while supporting critical site infrastructure and bridging IT and Operational Technology environments?
How you will make an impactAs an Entry IT Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the daily IT operations of the site. Working closely with both local teams and central IT/OT stakeholders, you will help maintain a robust and secure infrastructure while contributing to ongoing improvements and projects.
This role sits within the Systems Management department, with a vital role in transforming IT structures on site. You will report to the Production IT Manager.

What will make you successfulYou're a self starting IT professional with a proactive approach to problem solving and strong technical foundations including a bachelors degree in IT, CS or a related field or equivalent experience and 1-3 years of experience in IT system engineering or IT administration.
You are comfortable collaborating with both local and global teams to maintain reliable and secure systems, and you bring a curious mindset with the ability to resolve issues effectively while minimising operational disruption.
We are looking for someone that can demonstrateAn understanding of Operational Technology environments is desirable but not essential (PLC, MES, SCADA).
