Join our Adults and Children's Shared Services Performance Improvement Team as a highly skilled, motivated, and forward-thinking Senior Data Analyst, and play a pivotal role in delivering insight and intelligence across the Adults' Health and Care Directorate. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to apply your analytical expertise in a position where data directly informs decisions that improve outcomes for vulnerable residents. As part of a highly regarded Business Intelligence function, you'll transform complex datasets into meaningful insights, leveraging modern tools such as Azure and Power BI to influence services and support a period of significant transformation, including local government restructuring. You'll help drive the development of high-quality management and performance information that supports both strategic and operational decision making.
