Are you an experienced Applications Support Engineer or Technical Systems Analyst looking for a varied role where no two days are the same?

In this broad 3rd Line Applications Support role at a leading law firm in London, you will be supporting a range of business critical legal and enterprise applications while contributing to upgrades, integrations and continuous improvement projects.

• Experience supporting multiple business or legal applications within a professional services environment
• Knowledge of platforms such as iManage Cloud, Elite 3E, Intapp, BigHand, InterAction or similar
• Experience administering SaaS/cloud applications
• Understanding of APIs, integrations and data flows
• Strong troubleshooting and 3rd Line support experience
• Security awareness or application security experience is advantageous

• 3rd Line support across a varied application estate
• Support application upgrades, implementations and integrations
• Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, Data and Project teams
• Drive service improvements and system reliability
