Job Description

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Office & Operations Administrator to keep our client's daily operations running smoothly. If you thrive in a varied role and love keeping things in order, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all incoming communication via telephone, post and email.
  • Maintain office supplies.
  • Be the main point of contact for facilities and conduct weekly Health & Safety checks.
  • Enter and allocate customer orders, ensure pricing accuracy and issue invoices.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse team to monitor stock levels and participate in annual/ad hoc stock takes.
  • Assist with picking, packing, and providing holiday cover for the warehouse team on an ad hoc basis.
What we are looking for
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.IT proficiency, particularly MS suite.
  • A hands on approach and willingness to help out where needed.
Details

Title: Office Administrator

Salary: up to £30,000 DOE

Location: Bracknell (office-based)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am 4pm or 9am 5pm
