We are searching for an experienced Trainee Systems Reporting and UI Developer

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical and motivated to build a long-term career in technology, reporting and data analysis.

An entry-level role designed to build foundational capability in system reporting, data modelling, and UI development across enterprise platforms (predominantly Workday).

The role focuses on learning through structured delivery, mentoring, and hands on project exposure.

You will join a collaborative and supportive team, where you will build hands on experience with support from experienced specialists, and have opportunities to develop new and existing skills across Prism Data Warehouse, Reporting, Discovery boards & Dashboards.

Supporting Business Partners (Finance, People, Technology and Change) who represent our internal customers.

• Support the development of reports, dashboards, and UI solutions across enterprise systems.
• Assist in translating business requirements into basic reporting outputs with guidance from senior team members.
• Develop understanding of data models, reporting logic, and user experience design principles. Participate in agile delivery (sprint ceremonies, demos, feedback cycles).
• Contribute to testing, validation, and documentation of reporting outputs.
• Support system upgrades, regression testing, and enhancements.
• Build knowledge of governance, security, and access controls.

• Workday reporting fundamentals (including Prism exposure)
• Data literacy and analytical thinking

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of data, reporting, or technology concepts
