We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of Nuffield Health's member and customer experience across our fitness and wellbeing.

This role will support a range of strategic transformation initiatives focused on creating more connected, personalised and digitally enabled experiences for our members.

The successful candidate will bring proven expertise in leading end to end analysis, from early discovery and vision definition through to delivery and optimisation helping translate business ambitions into practical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

Experience in the healthcare or fitness sectors would be a real advantage, as would exposure to social impact programmes that drive meaningful change.

This role is ideal for someone who is structured, curious, and comfortable operating across both business and technical domains.

As our Senior Business Analyst, you will:
  • Lead end to end analysis, defining scope, requirements, and clear outcomes
  • Shape solution options and guide design decisions with product, architecture, and engineering teams
  • Produce high quality user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and supporting artefacts
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Run workshops and decision making sessions
  • Communicate complex topics clearly and persuasively
  • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative delivery
  • Analyse data to validate assumptions and inform design
  • Create data mappings, interface specs, and end to end process views
  • Understand system interactions, dependencies, and constraints
  • Mentor junior BAs and champion best practice
  • Improve BA standards, templates, and ways of working
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance user experience
Skills & Experience Essential
  • 3+ years BA experience delivering complex, multi system change, including large scale digital transformation programmes
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and facilitation
  • Expertise in requirements elicitation, process modelling, and solution shaping
  • Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
  • Strong understanding of data flows and integrations
  • Familiarity with APIs, ETL, CRM concepts and data architecture concepts
  • Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence and LucidChart (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience supporting end to end delivery from discovery through to implementation, including defining scope, vision, and business outcomes
  • Hands on experience leading discovery phases, including stakeholder interviews, AS IS / TO BE analysis, capability assessments, and roadmap definition
  • Experience working on CRM platforms and customer centric solutions, including requirements gathering, customer journey mapping, and system integration
