About The Role

You can join us within our Delivery team to take a pivotal role as a Chapter Lead over our software development / testing team and be part of our journey through this transition.
Our tribes have full responsibility for the end to end lifecycle of our products. The tribe consists of multi-disciplinary teams / squads combining all the technical skills to develop, maintain and support allpay's solutions.
As Chapter Lead you will be not only a technical lead but also a people manager forming part of the wider tribe leadership.
Your role as a People Manager
As the Chapter Lead for Developers you will lead and manage a team with experience of object oriented programming languages, especially C# and .NET.
