Job Description

We're working with a fast-growing digital platform looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of their customer acquisition journey.

This role will focus on understanding how users discover, evaluate and engage with digital products, owning the journey from initial interest through to signup and activation. You'll identify opportunities to improve conversion, remove friction and create more seamless customer experiences.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data and Marketing teams, you'll use customer insight, analytics and experimentation to drive measurable growth.

You'll be responsible for:
  • Owning and optimising digital acquisition journeys across web and app
  • Improving signup, onboarding and activation flows
  • Using data, customer insights and experimentation to identify opportunities
  • Running A/B tests and measuring impact on key conversion metrics
  • Collaborating closely with marketing teams to improve the end-to-end customer journey
  • Prioritising initiatives that drive customer and commercial outcomes
We're looking for someone with experience in:
  • Product management within a consumer digital environment
  • Acquisition, growth, conversion optimisation or onboarding journeys
  • Experimentation, analytics and data led decision making
  • Working closely with marketing, design and engineering teams
  • Taking ownership of customer and commercial metrics

Experience within fintech, subscriptions, marketplaces or other high-consideration digital products would be highly relevant.
