Role Purpose

The Senior Client Partner plays a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth across Grayce's Public Sector portfolio, with a focus on either Local Government and Policing or NHS and Private Healthcare.

This is a senior, externally facing sales role responsible for developing high value client relationships, shaping sector strategy and delivering campaign led growth across both new and existing accounts.

Operating at executive level within client organisations, you will influence workforce strategy, engage partner ecosystems and position Grayce as a long term transformation and talent partner.

You take a strategic approach to growth, balancing new business development with account expansion, and thrive in a role that combines client engagement, market shaping and delivery oversight.

You are credible, proactive and outcome-focused, with the ability to influence stakeholders and create opportunities through insight led engagement.

Responsibilities Market Growth & Account Leadership

Own and deliver sustainable growth across a defined sector portfolio, including new business and existing strategic accounts
Develop and execute sector and account strategies aligned with Grayce's growth objectives
Identify opportunities through multiple routes to market, including frameworks, partners and direct engagement
Build Grayce's presence across target organisations through proactive, insight led client engagement

Stakeholder & Partner Engagement

Build and lead senior stakeholder relationships including executive sponsors and decision makers
Conduct stakeholder mapping to identify and influence key buying centres
Engage with senior leaders (e.g. CIOs, CDOs, Transformation Directors) to shape demand and create opportunities
Develop relationships across partner ecosystems including consultancies, technology vendors and delivery partners
Translate client strategy into tailored workforce solutions aligned to sector challenges
Lead meetings with line managers to manage recruitment needs, consultant performance and offboarding processes

Campaign & Delivery Execution

Design and execute structured, campaign led approaches to drive engagement and pipeline growth
Collaborate cross functionally with Talent, L&D, Operations and Marketing teams
Maintain oversight of account performance and delivery quality to ensure a high standard of client experience

Performance & Commercial Management

Deliver and exceed quarterly sales targets and growth objectives
Maintain strong pipeline management, forecasting and opportunity tracking through Salesforce
Ensure accurate CRM management and reporting
Conduct regular engagement with client stakeholders and Consultants, including onsite visits (minimum monthly)
Facilitate ongoing feedback through formal and informal check ins

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in strategic sales, client partnership or business development within the public sector
Strong network across Local Government, Policing, NHS or related sectors
Deep understanding of public sector structures, procurement and decision making processes
Experience building and converting multi threaded opportunities and campaign led pipelines
Experience working within partner ecosystems (consultancies, technology vendors, SI partners)
Strong commercial acumen, including proposition development and route to market strategy
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
