As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in defining the problem, proposing and refining solutions. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

• Proficient in full stack development with Java.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate and JPA.
• Strong proficiency in front end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and frameworks like React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) is a plus.
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
• Background in test driven development (TDD).
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
