About you
  • Proven experience in talent management, learning and development, or HR leadership
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate development programmes
  • Strategic thinker with a collaborative approach
What you'll do
  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the organisation's Talent & Development strategy
  • Support embedding structured talent pipelines and succession frameworks
  • Oversee delivery of development programmes aligned with current and future capability needs
  • Manage governance processes ensuring regulatory and scheme compliance
  • Play a key role in workforce planning through review and analysis of development activities
  • Foster continuous improvement initiatives within the learning and development function
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure talent development aligns with organisational objectives
