THE ROLEAs Business Development Manager for this highly successful construction contractor business, your remit will be to manage a base of accounts as well as identify any potential new business opportunities across the Northern Home counties. Selling a vast range of maintenance services into housing associations, local authorities, education, healthcare and leisure accounts you can expect to take orders anywhere from £5k-£500k. Dealing with a range of contacts from Facilities Managers, Maintenance Engineers through to Directors, you will be working on planned and reactive projects throughout the region with a focus on increasing wallet spend and driving new business.
