A growing Odoo implementation partner is expanding its Application Management Services team and is looking for an Odoo Support / AMS Analyst to join its Greater London practice. You will be the first point of contact for a portfolio of live Odoo customers, keeping their systems healthy, resolving day to day issues and helping them get more value from the platform. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys problem solving, customer contact and the variety of working across multiple business processes rather than a single product.
Key ResponsibilitiesTriage, investigate and resolve support tickets across core Odoo modules including Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing and HR. You will manage incidents and service requests against agreed SLAs, configure and adjust workflows, build and amend reports, and carry out light functional changes. You will document fixes and known issues, elevate genuine development needs to the technical team, and act as a trusted advisor who helps clients adopt new features as they upgrade.
What We're Looking ForHands on experience supporting or configuring Odoo (or a comparable ERP) in a customer facing role, with a solid grasp of at least a few core modules and how business processes map onto them. Strong communication skills, a methodical approach to troubleshooting, and the confidence to manage your own ticket queue. Exposure to Odoo Studio, basic SQL, or light Python is a real advantage, as is any AMS or service desk background. Odoo certification is welcome but not essential - attitude and aptitude matter most.
