About the RoleHenley Morgan is partnering with a growing Odoo implementation and Application Management Services (AMS) partner to recruit a Support / AMS Analyst for their Birmingham hub. You will be the first technical point of contact for a portfolio of UK customers running Odoo Community and Enterprise - diagnosing issues, restoring service against agreed SLAs, and turning recurring tickets into small change requests, training nuggets and configuration improvements. This is a brilliant seat for someone who enjoys the variety of multi-customer support work and wants real ownership of the customer relationship rather than being buried at the back of a queue.
