We are seeking an experienced ICT Support Team Leader to join our organization. In this role, you will:
To ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT support services in the East of Scotland the post holder is required to have an in-depth specialist knowledge of the following ICT Systems combined with practical experience of the following:
The post holder should also have excellent communication, team building and time management skills as well as experience in creating a supportive working atmosphere where everyone feels valued and respected. The successful candidate will be expected to actively lead, motivate, and contribute to the ICT Team and ensure the continued provision of an excellent level of service to SAS.
The role involves participating in a 24/7 on call rota.
The role will involve some travel throughout Scotland and possible overnight stays.
