Job Description

Location: London OR Newbury + Hybrid. Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits. Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday.

Hybrid working allows staff to work both in the office and at home. Employees are expected to be in the office 2 3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month, in accordance with line manager expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Design user experiences for customer facing digital channels, ensuring simplicity, usability, and brand consistency.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate concepts effectively.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data insights.
  • Apply accessibility and inclusivity principles to ensure designs work for all customers.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and feedback to inform design decisions and prioritise improvements.
  • Advocate for user centred design within cross functional teams and influence roadmap decisions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in UX design for digital platforms (web and/or mobile).
  • Strong understanding of user centred design principles and usability best practices.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Ability to interpret research and analytics to inform design decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross functional teams.
