What role will you play?As a senior business analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance existing and develop new capabilities to uplift Macquarie's internal systems and processes for Funds stakeholders, primarily focusing on the Credit and Insurance division.
While engaging with a wide range of internal stakeholders to understand their objectives and constraints, you will provide data and analytics support, identify and prioritise digital solutions, and support the team through implementation.
Your role will involve documenting solutions with a focus on market trends, growth products, and client and employee experiences. Working in close partnership across the full stack team, you will foster strong execution discipline, support delivery across ambiguous and evolving environments, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and collaboration.
