As a Project Manager within Client Service Delivery (Health & Benefits), you will play a key role in delivering the Activate solution to our EMEA and global client base. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and governance standards while driving successful client outcomes.

• Lead the delivery of Activate solution projects across EMEA and global clients, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as required.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on project status, milestones, and financial performance.
• Support client onboarding, solution deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives within Health & Benefits.

• Demonstrable project management experience within a client delivery or professional services environment.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled or benefits-related solutions
• Knowledge of utilizing Ai to work smarter
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at multiple levels including senior clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different regions and levels of complexity.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivery excellence.
• A recognized industry qualification such as PMP or Prince 2
