The RoleThis isn't a traditional Business Analyst, instead you'll work closely with operational teams across all business departments to understand how processes work, identify opportunities for improvement, and help shape more efficient and effective ways of working.
You'll spend time speaking to stakeholders, facilitating workshops, challenging existing processes, and helping teams solve real operational problems. Some projects may focus on reducing manual effort and improving efficiency, while others could be centred around service quality, user experience, or supporting wider business transformation initiatives.
