Substantive Post

Full Time - 36 hours per week

Band 7 - Salary Range £52,845 - £61,466 per annum

Distant Island Allowance of £2,578 per annum

Relocation Assistance of up to £8000 available

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent communication and leadership skills to join our management team. The role is within the Elective Services Team at Gilbert Bain Hospital. You will provide a comprehensive health records service and assist with the development and implementation of new technology in line with the eHealth strategy. The post reports to the Planned Care Operational Manager.

• Provide comprehensive health records services
• Assist with development and implementation of new technology, supporting the eHealth strategy
• Provide proactive leadership and support Health Records and Reception Team Leaders in developing services and staff training

• Relevant first degree
• Senior level experience in informatics and business administration

• Preferred candidates must join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme or update prior to formal offer of employment
