You'll play a key role in embedding sustainable improvements into business-as-usual operations while supporting Anglian Water's commitment to environmental excellence and operational performance. What will you be doing? • Leading investigations into underperforming sludge thickening and dewatering assets to identify root causes and improvement opportunities • Driving improvements in upstream sludge management to optimise downstream dewatering performance • Leading the delivery of a portfolio of sludge improvement projects from concept through to implementation and handover • Supporting the commissioning and operational readiness of new sludge assets and ensuring expected performance outcomes are achieved • Monitoring project delivery against performance, cost, and timeline targets • Establishing performance monitoring frameworks and KPIs to sustain improvements over the long term What does it take to be successful?
