What we are aboutAs the Digital and Technology Services Delivery Team responsible for delivering various programmes and projects on behalf of Birmingham City Council, we have played a significant role in shaping and delivering high profile and politically sensitive traditional projects like the Commonwealth Games and Clean Air Zone. It is an exciting time as we move towards a leaner, agile approach to delivery, putting the customer at the centre of our delivery is key to ensuring the right products are designed to support value and benefits being realised. We are working across multi disciplinary teams and collaborating with the customer to co create the way we design and deliver services to make a difference for Birmingham citizens.
