You will deliver high-quality customer service through various communication channels, acting as a point of contact for technical queries and assisting users with their MyMarsden accounts.
The successful candidate will demonstrate substantial experience in customer service within an IT Service Desk and possess excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with both clinical and administrative staff.
